Yes. BeArt AI prioritizes user privacy and data protection. All your creations belong solely to you, and the BeArt team cannot view or disclose your content.

BeArt AI offers weekly free points, which refresh automatically every Monday. Unregistered users: 10 points per week; Registered users: 30 points per week. You can purchase more points if you need additional usage.

Credits are the platform’s virtual currency used to pay for the computing resources consumed by AI tools. Different features deduct credits based on the amount of computation required.

You can use credits to access our advanced AI tools, including image face swapping, video face swapping, multi-person image face swapping, and multi-person video face swapping.

On the BeArt platform, using the face swap feature costs 1 credit per image and 1 credit per second of video. When both free and paid credits are available, free credits are always used first. Some image tools, such as image enhancement, are currently free to use with a limited number of daily uses.

Paid points never expire as long as your account remains in good standing. Free points refresh every Monday.

If a task fails to create or generate, only paid credits will be refunded.

If you experience abnormal output or generation issues, please report them to us. After verification, we will compensate you with the appropriate credits. If this is your first purchase and you have used fewer than 50 credits, you may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your account within 5–10 business days. For assistance or refund requests, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Yes. Payments are 100% secure and powered by Stripe. We do not store any of your card information.
